It's best to place your order the same day for a lower chance of stock running out. Our logistics are super fast, and many people are shopping here. If it's out of stock the next day, we can arrange for the manufacturer to produce more, but that will take time. If you wait until the end of the buying period to place your entire order, we may not be able to help with production because it also depends on fabric availability and factory capacity.
We’ll try to restock until the last moment—just before we head home. If it's still unavailable, then it’s just not meant to be. You can try something else. 🤭 I’ve truly done my best.
Don’t wait until the last day to place your order all at once, as this increases the chance of items being out of stock‼️ By then, many items might be unavailable, and you’ll wonder why most of your order is out of stock 🫣
3. During the preorder period, order combinations are allowed under the same email and with only one shipping address. Any remaining balance from the purchase will be converted into store credit and credited to your account. Strictly no cash refunds

4. Arrival may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delays, fabric shortages, or insufficient stock arrivals.
Please ensure that you are aware of and agree to the estimated arrival time for each item before proceeding with payment. Once your payment is verified, cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Orders cannot be canceled for any reason related to delayed backorders.
No refunds will be provided for delayed shipments, unless the backorder is canceled.
6. The ETA is an estimate and may be earlier or delayed by up to one week.

8. Prices listed are fixed, non-negotiable, and exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery fees will be calculated and automatically added to your order total based on your location and the quantity purchased. 9. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. Please refrain from following up—we will process your order as quickly as possible. Please refer to the official cutoff date, not the time you placed your order. Items are shipped in bulk, not individually. We wait for all items to arrive before shipping them out together.
10. Items will no longer be reserved for those who haven't paid the full amount, and deposits are non-refundable.

11. Please don’t compare us to others. We are a personal shopper service, and other businesses' practices may not apply to ours. When you place an order, it means we will personally go and purchase the items for you.
The products are not stocked up in advance waiting for your order. Once you place an order, I will purchase the item for you. After the order is placed, no changes or cancellations will be allowed.
If you ask me if an item is available, at that moment it may be in stock, but that doesn’t guarantee it will still be available the next second. Until I’ve actually purchased the item, it’s not solely reserved for you.
Even after purchase, issues may arise—such as defects, missing items, color/size/style discrepancies, other customers ordering before you, quantity errors, or record mistakes. Of course, I will do my best to avoid these issues, as this is my responsibility. Everything is confirmed before shipping 💯
Pre-order items are not guaranteed to be sold to me specifically. Someone else may have purchased them before I did. 12. As the store owner and manufacturer model, all photos and videos 📷 on my IG story are personally taken by me. These are the actual product shots, and there are no other so-called 'real shots' available.

13. Once the order is placed, cancellations or color changes will not be accepted. Please ensure you are certain before placing your order. For deposits or full payments made, any additional items added will be processed in the order.

For example, if the hip measurement is 40 inches (40 * 2.53 = 101.2 cm).
Size abbreviations: B = Bust, W = Waist, H = Hip, L = Length.

Once the items arrive, if there are any issues (e.g, manufacturer sending fewer items, incorrect color/size/style, long customization times, major defects, etc.), we will let you know right away.
