HOW TO SHOP?
- Log in to your account or sign up for a new account if this is your first time purchasing.
- Browse through our product catalog and add the items you're interested in to your cart by selecting your preferred color and size.
- You can either continue shopping or checkout by viewing your shopping cart.
- Fill in your complete and accurate personal details, including your email address, name, contact number, and shipping address.
- Proceed to checkout your order.
- Once you place your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email immediately.
- Please make your payment based on the banking details provided (via Internet Banking, or Bank Counter/ATM/Cash Deposit machines, or Touch 'n Go (TNG)).
- Kindly take a clear screenshot of your transaction and upload it here.
How long it takes to verify my payment?
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to verify your payment.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery option?
We offer Express shipping to both West and East Malaysia via Poslaju, while for Singapore, we use SF EXPRESS
Please confirm your shipping address before making the payment. Shipping information cannot be changed once the payment is completed
How long will my order take to be mailed out?
For ready stock orders, we will dispatch your parcel within 1-3 working days after your payment has been verified.
Preorders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks or as per the estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided. Please note that the stated date is an estimate, and the stock may arrive earlier or experience slight delays, depending on the shipping speed. Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
For orders that include both preorder and ready stock items, it is assumed that customers are willing to wait until the preorder items arrive before shipping. If you prefer to receive your ready stock items first, please place a separate order (note: postage will be charged twice).
How long will the parcel reach me?
Delivery takes approximately 1-3 working days for West Malaysia, and around 2-5 working days for East Malaysia and Singapore, once dispatched.
Where can I find my tracking number?
An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. Alternatively, you can find your tracking number in your Order History by logging into your account on our website.
What is the shipping cost?
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping location. Below are the rates for your reference:
Express shipping to West Malaysia: RM8 per order (flat rate). Enjoy free shipping on orders of RM200 or more (free shipping applies only to items in stock).
Express shipping to East Malaysia: RM13 per kg.
Shipping to Singapore: RM27 for the first kg, and RM7 for each additional kg
Do you ship internationally and what is the shipping cost?

Will I be charged on import duty?
For international orders, the shipping fee paid during checkout does not include any customs charges or import duties. Customs duties and taxes may be applied when the package reaches the destination country, but these are beyond our control. The courier service provider will contact you directly if any duties or taxes are due.
What happen if my parcel is bounced back?
Any re-delivery charges for undelivered parcels will be borne by the customer. Parcels that are unclaimed after a 7-day grace period will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided, as sufficient time has been given for response.
All parcels require a signature upon receipt. Please track your parcel using the provided tracking number once it has been shipped. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or collect the parcel at the designated post office. Parcels will be returned to us if not collected from the post office within 5-7 working days.
I PREVIOUSLY MADE AN ORDER, AND I WISH TO ADD ON ANOTHER PURCHASE. CAN I COMBINE MY NEW ORDER WITH THE PREVIOUS ORDER AND SAVE ON SHIPPING?
If your previous order has not been shipped yet, you can combine it with your new order.
We will ship all items together once everything is ready. There are no additional shipping charges for combined orders to West Malaysia (WM). For East Malaysia (EM) and Singapore, shipping charges will be based on weight (per kg)."
